The tapered shape allows the connection to be disconnected repeatedly, and when the elements are joined together again, their location remains as accurate as it was previously, and the frictional connection remains as strong as before.
  • The nominal length (L, tolerance class js15) does not include the rounded ends.
  • For taper pins with d1 = 20 distance W is at the choice of the user.
