Info	The FGRS Plus clamp is a one-piece hinged pipe clamp with patented rapid locking and readjusting mechanism.Advantages The rapid locking mechanism allows a fast and time-saving installation with one hand. The hinged pipe clamp can open wide for easy insertion of the pipe. Time and energy saving insertion of the pipe in overhead installation. Fit for fastening pipe lines to walls, ceilings and floors in the sanitary and heating area.Properties Material: steel DC01 (1.0330) to EN 10130. Corrosion protection: 5-9 μm zinc plated. Connecting nut: resistance welded, M8. Locking screw: screw with combi slot/cross recessed pan head. Sound insulation insert material: SBR/EPDM, chlorine- and silicone free. Sound insulation: for DIN 4109. Temperature range: -40 °C to +100 °C. Hardness: 55°±5° Shore A. Fire behavior: DIN 4102 group B2. F max = Maximum recommended static load (centr. tension).
