Fabory recently participated in the national "Boss of Tomorrow" initiative. Seven students visited for an on-the-job experience. What does a day of a Fabory employee look like? It's not obvious that an 11-year-old would see a future for himself in the world of fasteners, but Fabory planted that seed.
