February 2024
- In February 2024, we worked to simplify your registration and payment experience. We also ensured that you find answers to questions even faster.
Your questions answered quickly
- We are updating the FAQ page. Soon, you will find answers to your questions about creating a MyFabory account, placing an order, accessing your data, and using the Fabory app even more quickly.
Choosing the desired delivery address
- With new registrations on Fabory.com, customers can choose the desired delivery address directly. This may differ from the address of the headquarters. Once products are in your shopping cart, you can select the desired delivery address, if necessary, during the shipping method selection.
Merged payment cards
- For our customers in Belgium, we have merged the payment method Bancontact with the other card payment options. By no longer displaying the option to pay with Bancontact separately, we no longer make a specific distinction between different payment cards.
Fixed bugs in MyFabory
- - In the invoice overview in MyFabory, customers needed help downloading some invoices. This was because these invoices were supposed to be excluded from this overview. These invoices are no longer displayed.
  - Under Company information in MyFabory, customers could not add a delivery address; the 'Save' button was not functioning. This has now been resolved.
January 2024
- In January 2024, we focused on improving product information in MyFabory and on the product pages. We also solved a bug concerning opening orders in MyFabory.
Declaration of conformity
- Do you need a Declaration of Conformity for Fasteners F2.1 according to ISO 16228 for your order? You can download it from now on using the order details in MyFabory. This document proves that Fabory delivered the products on the packing slip by the order confirmation.
Shareable link for recently purchased items
- Quickly locate and easily share recently purchased items with a direct, personalised link. This link provides a catalogue of your 40 most frequently purchased items in the past 12 months. Our staff can email you this link directly, and you can find the link in the address bar of your browser when visiting the catalogue in MyFabory.
Product information
- From now on, you can easily access additional information about our products. This information is available on the 'Downloads' tab on the product page and can be obtained by clicking on 'Download product information.'
Generating barcodes
- When generating your warehouse barcodes, you can also use your item numbers! Next, you no longer need to remove the dots from the Fabory article number before generating the barcode.
Fixed error when opening order
- Some customers encountered an error when opening an order in MyFabory, preventing them from viewing it. We have resolved this issue for you.
November 2023
- In November 2023, we improved the navigation on the webshop and MyFabory. We also show the correct invoice address to ensure everything is clear.
Improved navigation in MyFabory
- Clicking on the round heart icon will allow you to find your favourite and previously ordered products faster. Breadcrumb navigation will allow you to find your way back to important pages quickly.
Delivery and invoice address
- Are you about to check out? From now on, you will see both the delivery and billing addresses in the order overview. The account administrator also sees both addresses under the company data in MyFabory. This way, we avoid confusion.
