Description

3M™ Cubitron™ II Roloc™ Fibre Disc 982C offers outstanding performance and productivity for medium to high pressure grinding applications. Our discs are perfect for use on carbon steel when a smaller disc is needed.Use 3M™ Cubitron™ II Roloc™ Fibre Disc 982C for outstanding cut rates and disc life. Our fibre discs feature exceptionally high performing 3M Precision Shaped Grain which is resin bonded to a stiff fibre backing. The Precision Shaped Grain forms into triangular points that slice through metal rather than gouging or ploughing like traditional abrasives. The points continuously self-sharpen as they fracture, generating an extremely fast cut. This allows operators to finish tough tasks with less fatigue. Our discs feature a tough, stiff backing made from vulcanized fibre that resists wear and can handle tough grinding applications. These discs are heavy-duty and ideal for weld removal, grinding and blending metal surfaces. Use when the work surface calls for a smaller disc for stock removal.
